網購錶無保卡 商家竟拒退 Jul 20th 2011, 23:00 消費者透過網路向台北的金凱盛公司購買價值5千多元的手錶，收到錶後發現無原廠保固卡，第3天要求解約退款，業者以商品無瑕疵拒退貨，他質疑業者明顯違法。金凱盛公司表示，網頁已註明瑕疵品才可退貨。律師表示，依《消保法》規定，消費者網路購物，可在收到貨後7天內無條件退貨，業者的做法已違法，理當退款。投訴組 詳全文：網購錶無保卡 商家竟拒退
