觀摩期解僱 業者拒付薪 Jul 20th 2011, 23:00 【投訴組╱新北報導】暑假打工糾紛多！陳小姐到三峽詩威特國際美容機構中華加盟店打工，才任職6天就被僱主告知不適合予以解僱，卻不肯給薪。對此，中華加盟店負責人簡英淑表示，應徵時即告知第一周觀摩期不支薪。新北市勞工局勞資關係科表示，只要有工作事實就須支薪，僱主涉違反《勞基法》，最重可處6萬元罰鍰。 詳全文：觀摩期解僱 業者拒付薪
